Miss Anna Lustig and
children called on Mrs. John Goebel Wednesday evening.
Mr. Miller is
having a bad time with his feet. He has been laid up with it for over three
weeks now.
Mrs. C. Buss is just recovering from a hard cold which nearly
went into pneumonia.
Fred Zille helped W. Ginther last Thursday.
Miss Sadie Buss is assisting Mrs. C. Krause for a few weeks.
Mrs. Anna
Lustig visited the cemetery Thursday.
Mr. A. Voigt, E. Keuer and H.
Krause took a trip around the surrounding country Wednesday.
Mr. and Mrs.
Otto Hantke of the Ridge and Mr. Washburn of Lynn called at F. Zille’s last
Tuesday night.
Mr. and Mrs. W. Breseman spent several days with Mr. and
Mrs. P.J. Breseman last week.
Mrs. F. Zille spent Friday with Mrs. W.
Beiler.
A few of the neighbors met at E. Keuer’s Saturday evening and had
a social game of cards.
Mr. H. Krause, Martin and Lottie, and Mr. Pischer
went to Mr. J. Ziemendorf’s wedding dance Saturday evening.
The H.
Wordell, Emil Lindow, E. Keuer, F. Zille and John Goebel families, Mr. and Mrs.
H. Dekarske, Walter and Ed Breseman spent Sunday evening at P.J. Breseman’s.
Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Neinas spent Sunday with Mrs. Anna Lustig.
Harold
Riedel spent Sunday afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. Ed Hillert.
Carlton
Boller visited at G. Redman’s from Saturday until Sunday.
Miss Lydia
Nitschke is helping Mrs. Beilke with her housework for a few weeks.
Mr.
Fred Graham of Marshfield, an old schoolmate of W.P. Boller, gave him a pleasant
surprise by calling on him Sunday.
Mr. A. Reimer sold his wild land a few
days ago.
Mr. A. Voigt and family visited his brother Gustave Voight
Sunday.
A new bridge is being built between F. Grassman’s and H.
Riedel’s.
W. Breseman and wife have gone back to Greenwood to make
cheese.
Mr. Miller’s daughter and little child and sister came Tuesday to
spend a few days.
Mrs. Conrad Frantz and wife and daughter, Mr. and Mrs.
Robert Frantz visited at C. Wiesner’s Sunday.
Mr. Fred Zille is hauling
sand for the new bridge.
Grandma Keuer called on Mrs. J. Schier Sunday.
Louis Wiesner, Mr. Robert Frantz, wife and sister autoed to Marshfield
Sunday and called on Miss Ottilie Wiesner.
Oscar Breseman is doing the
mason work on the new bridge.
Mrs. E. Keuer visited her mother Mrs. C.
Wiesner Sunday.
T. Breseman is making a basement under a barn for
Beilke’s.
Carlton Boller called on Ed Schier Tuesday evening.
Mrs.
A. Reimer sold his little driving team Monday.
Mr. E. Fischer and family
called on Mr. A. Voigt Tuesday evening.
