Micke, Anton J. (5 AUG 1897 - 29 MAR 1962)

Anton J. Micke, 64, died suddenly at his home in the Town of Worden (Clark Co., Wis.) early Thursday morning, March 29, 1962.

Mr. Micke was born in the Town of Worden Aug. 5, 1897, and farmed there all his life. He was united in marriage to Margaret Benzschawel in 1926 at Thorp.

Funeral services were held at St. Anne’s Catholic Church at Stanley at 9:00 o’clock Saturday morning and interment took place in St. Mary’s Cemetery there.

He is survived by his wife, a son Norbert, at home; three daughters, Mrs. Frank (Marie) Ciokiewicz, Stanley; Mrs. Wally (Loretta) Olinski and Mrs. Eugene (Rachel) Hill, Milwaukee; 10 grandchildren, two brothers, Clarence Micke, Gilman, and Joseph Micke, Loyal, and a sister, Mrs. Ben (Mildred) Kmiec of Greenwood.
