Mrs. Adam Pozdell returned to her
home on Sunday after spending the past week at the Richard Polnaszek home in
Abbotsford, while her daughter Mrs. Frances Polnaszek was a patient at St.
Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield for minor surgery.
Mr. and Mrs. Ed Karlen
spent Saturday and Sunday at the home of their daughter Mrs. Wallace Nelson and
family at Whitehall.
Mr. and Mrs. Henry Anderson and Mrs. Leonard Soeller
spent Saturday afternoon at the May home.
Louis Grube, who sold his farm,
had an auction on Thursday which was well attended.
Mrs. Arthur Heian,
Mrs. Ella Dorn, Mrs. Oscar Heian, Mrs. Charles Anderson Sr., Mrs. Nick Jankoski
attended the County Federation Women’s Club Convention at Cornell on Tuesday.
Mrs. Winston Wohld, Mrs. Olga Corwin and Mrs. Imbert Qualheim spent Thursday
in Eau Claire.
Mrs. H. May and son LaVerne called on Mr. and Mrs. L.E.
Kattre at Chippewa Falls on Wednesday.
