Shuk, Andrew Sr. (20 SEP 1880 - 28 APR 1962)

Andrew Shuk Sr., 82, passed away of a heart attack on Saturday, April 28, 1962 at Chicago, Ill.

Mr. Shuk, a former Lublin resident and for the last 19 years resided in Chicago, was born on Sept. 20, 1880 in the old country. His wife preceded him in death one year ago.

Funeral services were held in Chicago at the Holy Resurrection Church on Tuesday, May 1, 1962 at 2:00 p.m. Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery.

Surviving are three sons: Andrew Shuk Jr., Stanley, John Michalowski, Warrenville, Ill., Bill Michalowski, Naperville, Ill; three daughters, (Elsie) Mrs. Peter Pietrowski, Chicago, Katherine Michalowski, Chicago, (Mary) Mrs. Casimer Twarowski, River Grove, Ill.; 17 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
