Frane, Mary Jane (Marriage - 15 April 1967)

Miss Mary Jane Frane, daughter of Mrs. Lila Frane of Rt. 2 Colby, exchanged nuptial vows Saturday with David L. Erickson of Hartford, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bror Erickson of Curtiss.

The double ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. Donald Yerkle at a 10:30 a.m. mass Saturday in St. Killian’s Catholic Church in Hartford.

The bride wore a street-length, white lace over taffeta dress, styled with a bell-shaped skirt, enhanced with a white taffeta bow at the waist. A bouffant veil was secured to a crown of crystal borealis. She carried a bouquet of red and white roses with ivy and lily of the valley.

Mrs. Kenneth (Jeanette) Erickson of Hartford was her sister’s matron of honor. She wore a street length dress of pink chiffon over taffeta. Long sleeves helped to enhance the pink lace jacket. A pink crown, trimmed with crystal borealis, held her circular veil. She carried a heart-shaped bouquet of pink and white carnations with white and pink net streamers.

Kenneth Erickson of Hartford was his brother’s bestman.

Mr. and Mrs. Erickson will reside at 37 Rural Street, Hartford. Mr. Erickson is employed in West Bend.
