Mr. and Mrs. L.A. Schneider and children went to Algoma Friday
to see Mrs. Schneider’s father, who is very ill at his home there. They returned
home Tuesday evening.
Alta and Katie Wright, Sara Davis, Arthur
Lautenbach, Nell, Elsie and Leonard Dorst attended a meeting of J.B. Club at Jap
Spry’s Saturday evening.
Walter Jacobi helped his brother Conrad in the
factory during Mr. Schneider’s absence.
Mr. and Mrs. Justin Johnson and
children and Guerney Sweet visited at A.W. Phipp’s Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs.
Jesse Rowe and children, and Miss Sara Davis attended the funeral of Jesse
Mortimer’s baby at York Center on Sunday.
Jay Curtis of Granton took
supper with the M. Dorst family Tuesday evening.
The Social Club met with
Mrs. H.S. Agin at Granton Tuesday. The usual good time was had by all.
Mr. and Mrs. Orin Montgomery and son Allen spent Sunday afternoon at W.J.
McClaflin's.
Mr. and Mrs. A.W. Phipps and daughters Edna and Esther spent
Tuesday evening with the O. Montgomery family.
Miss Rena Montgomery and
Miss Esther Phipps spent Wednesday with Miss Lizzie Johnson at Romadka.
Jay Curtis, Leonard, Nell and Elsie Dorst spent Tuesday evening with the Misses
Gretchen Palmatier and Edna Bashford.
