Kaminski, John (1909 - 12? MAY 1962)
John
Kaminski, age 53, died in Chicago in his apartment where he was living alone, of
organic heart disease.
He was born in the Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.)
community and lived here till early manhood. The last 30 or more years he has
been living in Chicago where he was employed at the Naval Ordinance.
Funeral services were held at St. Stanislaus B. & M Church in Chicago May 15 in
the morning, and the body was shipped to the Thorp Funeral Home, from where it
was taken to St. Hedwig’s Cemetery on Wednesday, May 16th, where graveside
burial services were held by Rev. Edward Masalewicz.
Pallbearers were
Walter Marek, Leon Marek, Louis Kobylarczyk, Joe Panek, Joe Pabich and Richard
Polnaszek.
He leaves to mourn his death, his brother and sister-in-law,
Michael and Elizabeth Kaminski of Thorp, his sister, Adeline Krakowiecki and
brother-in-law, Joseph Krakowiecki of Chicago, nieces, Alice of California,
Grace of Chicago, Louann Przenmleld? of Franklin Park, Ill., Rosalie and Monica
Kaminski of Thorp, nephew, Edward Kaminski of Montana, and Teddy Kaminski of
Thorp.
