Andrew Nicholson, Plaintiff,

Vs.

E.W. Davison, C.C. Kane, Johanna Kane, his wife, Co-operative Land and Trust Co. a corporation and E.W. Sellers

Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure and sale made and entered in the court aforesaid on the 24th day of December, 1913, I will at the west front door of the court house in the city of Neillsville, Clark County, Wisconsin, on the 7th day of February, 1914, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, offer for sale and sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash the following described premises, situated in said county of Clark to wit:  The south half of Section number thirty-one(32) in Township number twenty-three (23) North, of Range Number one (1) East.

Dated December 26th, 1913, Harry Hewett, Sheriff Clark Co., Wisconsin.
