Leonard Dorst and sister spent Thursday
evening at Justin Johnson’s.
Mr. George Ehlert, official tester for the
Granton Testing Association, paid his monthly visit to the Members in this
vicinity last week.
Miss Lena Curtis of Heathville spent Friday afternoon
and Saturday with Elsie and Nell Dorst.
Several of the young people of
this vicinity attended the class play at Granton Friday evening.
W.J.
Davis returned home from Milwaukee Saturday morning where he spent the last two
weeks.
Mr. and Mrs. W.J. McClaflin visited at E. Grabe’s near York Center
on Sunday.
Miss Nell Dorst spent Friday afternoon with Miss Ella Hales.
A.W. Phipps and family and Gurney Sweet spent Sunday at Orin Montgomery’s.
Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Bartz and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Bartz and baby Irene went on a
fishing trip Monday afternoon.
Mr. and Mrs. E.D. Prange and children and
nephew Harry Prange spent Sunday with the W.J. Davis family.
Mr. and Mrs.
Arthur Sayles and children and Mr. Guy Smith of Spokeville called at M. Dorst’s
Sunday evening. Miss Elsie returned with them where she will spend the week with
L. Powell and family. Mrs. Powell is seriously ill.
Miss Dulcie Smith and
her brother Scot, and Mr. Wm. Lautenbach, Arthur Lautenbach, Katie and Bernice
Wright spent Sunday afternoon with the Dorst young people.
Mr. and Mrs.
Ralph Hatch and children visited at Fred Wright’s last Sunday.
Mr. Guy
Winn and family and Mr. and Mrs. W. Rounseville, and Mrs. Alice Hatch autoed to
Marshfield Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. A.W. Phipps and daughters went on a
fishing trip last Tuesday.
