A game warden was in the
vicinity of Lindsey Monday looking into alleged cases of illegal fishing in
Lindsey Creek on Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. W.J. Robinson were in attendance at
the H.S. Commencement exercises at Grand Rapids where their son graduates.
We are asked to reprint that eight yearlings have been wandering about the
neighborhood lately. As they don’t seem to have any legal guardian, they are at
present enjoying the hospitality of Mr. Hahm’s pasture.
Chris Pauslon was
in Marshfield Monday.
Today, June 5th, for the first time in fifty years,
Uncle Sam has called on his sons for help. He was good enough for us in time of
happy peace, may we be worthy of him now that “clouds and darkness are around
about him.”
The H. Hahm family was visiting in Granton Thursday.
Mr. Tilton and daughter are expected back from La Crosse this week.
Little Howard Johnson has returned home from a tedious stay at the hospital.
