Mr. and Mrs.
James West and Mr. and Mrs. William Rizner left Friday evening on a three-week
trip to California, where they will visit relatives.
Mr. and Mrs. Ted
Kissling returned home last week Monday after spending since Friday with their
son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Kissling, in Ann Arbor, Mich., and
son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Duane Kissling, and daughter, in
Milwaukee.
Mrs. Chris Feutz returned home Sunday evening from Lander,
Wyo., after visiting her son, Roy Feutz, and family. David Spiegel stayed with
her son, Donnie, during her absence.
Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Bell and
daughter, Kathy and girlfriend, Terri Spohn, of Janesville, spent from Saturday
until Tuesday at the Ralph Short home. Mr. Bell is a nephew of Mr. Short.
Mr. and Mrs. John Reinart were recent visitors at the Don Bartsch home near
Granton.
Mr. and Mrs. Roger Short and family of Milwaukee arrived Sunday
to visit his mother, Mrs. Frank Short. They were all supper guests of Mr. and
Mrs. Kenneth Short and family Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. George Allbaugh, Mr.
and Mrs. Jess Wilding and Mrs. Ed Short were entertained at the Donald Kalsow
home Sunday in honor of Father’s Day.
Mr. and Mrs. Harold Junchen were
recent visitors at the William Rizner home, helping them celebrate their 25th
wedding anniversary.
Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Backhaus visited last Thursday
at the Clarence Reinart home.
Harold Irish visited Tuesday afternoon, and
was a supper guest, at the Irving Stevens home.
Mr. and Mrs. Ernest
Kissling and family were Father’s day dinner guests at the Harry Kissling home.
Mr. and Mrs. Art Short and daughter, Elaine, visited Friday evening at the
Ralph Short home.
Mr. and Mrs. John Reinart and family were dinner guests
Sunday at the Herman Dahnert home.
Mr. and Mrs. Roger Williams and family
of Lake Geneva spent the weekend with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Williams,
and brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Nathan Vandeberg, and family.
