The W.W. Club met with Mrs. F. Tyler Thursday.
The being rainy, a number of their husbands met with them.
Mrs. Orin
Montgomery and daughter Lela and son allen spent from Thursday until Sunday with
the A.W. Phipps, family.
Aug. Riedel and sons are doing carpenter work at
M. Dort’s since last week Thursday.
Leonard and Nell Dorst took in the
class play at Neillsville Friday evening.
Miss Sarah Davis spent Tuesday
afternoon with Miss Edna Phipps.
Miss Nell Dorst took the train last
Monday morning for Rozellville where she exprects to spend a few months with the
A.M. Johnson family.
Those who went to York Center to register Tuesday
from this vicinity are Fred Bartz, Floyd Pietenpol, L.A. Schneider, Harold
Hiles, Avery Cranston and Leonard Dorst.
Miss Jean Davis is spending a
few days with Mr. and Mrs. J. Kronberger before returning home from her school
work.
Miss Mariah Davis gave an ice cream social at her school Saturday
evening.
Mr. and Mrs. Howard Beaty and sons Eber and Keith, and Mr. and
Mrs. Geo. Robinson and daughter Hazel spent Sunday afternoon at M. Dorst’s.
Arthur Lautenbach and Nell Dorst called on Mr. and Mrs. Homer Spry at the
Geo. Ives home in Heathville Sunday evening.
Gurney Sweet spent Sunday
afternoon at A.W. Phipps’.
Elsie Dorst came home Tuesday from Spokeville
where she spent a week in the A.L. Powell home. She also spent a day with the
Howard Beaty family.
