Diane Rose Jackson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Jackson, route 1, Boyd, became the bride of Ronald M. Myslinski, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Myslinski of rural Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Boyd, on July 28, 1962. Msgr. H. Leuther read the double ring ceremony at 10:00 a.m. before an altar which was adorned with bouquets of gladiolas and carnations. St. Joseph’s choir, with Richard Zais as soloist, furnished the nuptial music.

The bride wore an exquisite floor length gown of Chantilly lace over bridal bouquet taffeta as she was escorted to the altar by her father. A Sabrina neckline embellished with sequins and seed pearl with long tapered sleeves, accented the fitted basque. The bouffant skirt was styled with an overly of lace highlighter by gossamer sheer tulle set in at an angle and appliqued by lace motifs sparking with sequins. The back was fashioned with alternate tiers of lace and tulle. A lace crown sparking with sequins held her silk illusion fingertip veil in place. She carried a prayer book under a bouquet of red roses.

Miss Darlene Jackson was the maid of honor for her cousin, and the bridesmaids were Miss Marlene Eslinger, a friend, and Miss Janet Zimmerman, a cousin. They each wore a floor length gown of powder blue frosted net nylon over taffeta, and carried a bouquet of pink carnations.

The flower girl was Jayne Naiberg, a cousin of the bride, wearing a floor length white silk organza gown styled with a blue cummerbund and carrying a bouquet of pink carnations.

The best man for the groom was his friend, Walter Posda. Kenneth Kliwicki, a cousin of the groom was groomsman, and Robert Naiberg, cousin of the bride, and Robert Novak, a friend, ushered the guests to their seats.

The mother of the bride wore a navy blue dress with beige accessories and a corsage of red and yellow roses. The groom’s mother chose a blue flowered sheer for the occasion, with white accessories, with a similar corsage. Mrs. Jackson and Mrs. Zimmerman, grandmothers of the bride, were present in powder blue and navy blue, respectively, with white carnations corsages.

Following a week’s trip through northern Wisconsin, the couple will be at home at 219 Helgerson St., Stanley. The bride graduated from St. Joseph’s and Stanley High School and is employed at the local Farmer’s Store. The groom graduated from Thorp High School and is employed by Acme Steel Corp, Stanley.

There were guests at the wedding from Eau Claire, Edgar, Minneapolis, Chicago, Conrath, Neillsville, Austin, Duluth, Owen, Withee, Thorp, Stanley and Chippewa Falls.
