Walworth,
Jody R. (2 JUL 1967 - 19 JUL 2012)
Jody R. Walworth, 45, Medford, died of
cancer on Thursday, July 19 at Ministry St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield,
where she had been a patient the past two weeks. A memorial service will be held
on Saturday, Aug. 4 at 1:30 p.m. at Community Alliance Church in Withee, with
Rev. Dylan Valliere officiating. Interment of her cremated remains will take
place at Riverside Cemetery in Withee. Her three grandchildren will serve as
pallbearers.
Hemer Funeral Service of Medford assisted the family with
arrangements.
The former Jody Rohland was born on July 2, 1967 in
Marshfield to the late Rhinehart "Buster" and Audrey (Rossow) Rohland. She
attended Owen/Withee elementary schools and was a 1985 graduate of Colby High
School.
On May 4, 1992 in Las Vegas, Nev., she married Roger Walworth,
who survives. They lived in Colby and she was a housewife/mother. In 1997 they
moved to the Town of Hammel and she worked at Phillips Plastics for 10 years.
She enjoyed gardening, the outdoors, animals, attending auctions, cooking,
bingo, watching sports and spending time with her grandchildren.
In
addition to her husband, survivors include two daughters, Hanna (special friend
Justin Novinska) Rohland of Medford and Tasha (Cody) Neitzel of Stetsonville;
five brothers, Mike, Greg and Tom (Sheri), all of Withee, David of Altoona and
Tim of Owen; three sisters, Cheryl Schoening, Cindy Rohland and Donna Roder, all
of Owen; three grandchildren, Otto Olson, Keegan and Brialynn Neitzel; aunts and
uncles; and nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was
preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Terence Schoening in 2008, and a nephew,
Justin Rohland in 2008.
