Miss
Mollie Kissling’s seventeenth birthday last Thursday was very much enjoyed by a
host of friends who gathered to celebrate the event. Ice cream and a bounteous
lunch were served to all.
Mr. and Mrs. John Battersby are enjoying the
vacation of their son and wife of Chicago, who are visiting under the parental
roof this week.
John Krause’s entertained a large number of friends and
relatives to dinner and supper on Sunday.
Walter Lamp, with his father,
Ross Galbreath, Mrs. Chris Feutz and son Lynn will auto to Portage, Oconomowoc
and various other places next week, starting Saturday.
Arthur Short’s new
barn is in rapid progress at present.
A meeting was held at the cheese
factory Wednesday to discuss putting in a separator.
