Parents Warned To Keep Children From Stock Pens
With too much leisure time in vacation for some of the children, there is
opportunity for them to get into mischief which may be actually dangerous.
Some of the boys have been going to the Soo stock-yards where at times there
are a number of horses and cattle.
The boys have been known to get in
the pens and jump on the horses’ backs, or prod the bulls with sticks.
The fences at the yard are not strong enough to withstand the impact of an
infuriated bull.
For the safety of their children, parents are asked to
keep them away from there and know how the children are spending their time.
