Fravert, Eveline E. (18 AUG 1916 - 12 AUG 2012)
Eveline E. Fravert,
95, of Loyal, went to her eternal rest on Sunday, August 12, 2012, at Memorial
Medical Center, in Neillsville, after a brief illness. Funeral services will be
held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, August 16, 2012, at Trinity Lutheran Church, in
Loyal. Rev. Daniel Zimmerman will officiate and burial will follow in the
Lutheran Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her great-grandchildren, Skylar Domine,
Michael Weyer, C.J. Mavis, Nick Mavis, Kesler Schuette, Tyler Fravert, Bo
Fravert and Derek Fravert. Visitation will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church,
on Thursday, from 9 a.m. until time of service.
Eveline Emma Stange was
born on August 18, 1916, in Loyal, WI, the daughter of Louis and Martha (Wolfe)
Stange. She was raised on the family farm and received her education in the
Loyal area, graduating from Loyal High School in 1934. Eveline was united in
marriage to Alvin J. Fravert at Trinity Lutheran Church, in Loyal, on June 24,
1936. They farmed on her parents’ farm until 1947 and then moved into Loyal.
They both worked at their son, Dale's bar, Fravert's Place, for over 6 years,
and also were caretakers of the Loyal Cemetery for several years. Eveline
resided at her home in Loyal until July 2012. Eveline was a member of Trinity
Lutheran Church, the Clark County Homemakers and the Granton Senior Citizens.
She had many talents, including, gardening, flowers, canning, was a great cook,
and loved to talk about the past. She took pride in making baby quilts, over 125
in all, which she embroidered for every grandchild, great-grandchild and
great-great-grandchild, plus many for friends and gifts. Eveline also kept a
diary since she was 19 years old, of all the local events, happenings,
birthdays, deaths, etc...; Mom you will be so missed. You have made an impact in
so many lives. We all Love You! Thank you to St. Joseph's Hospital and Memorial
Medical Center for your wonderful care during mom's final days.
She is
will be dearly missed by her children, Dale (Angie) of Loyal; Marlin (Barbara)
of Fort Worth, TX; Dennis (Sue) of Loyal; Karen (Ken) Boehnen of Spencer; 11
grandchildren, Cindy (Paul) Weyer, Vicki (Brian) Schreiner, Scott (Rhonda)
Fravert, Randy Fravert, Lisa (Scott) Wilson, Annette (Dave) Mavis, Tim (Candy)
Fravert, Donald Fravert, Karrie (Brian) Domine, Keresa (Patrick) Kilty, Kelly
(Ben) Boehnen; 27 great-grandchildren, Michael, Michele, Cierra, Kesler, Hannah,
Alexis, Derek, Desiree, Bowden, Zach, Cooper, C.J. (Lena), Ashley (Dustin),
Christopher, Tyler, Tressa, David, Sabrina, Rebecca, Kayden, Skylar, Dakota,
Macey, Easton, Koehler, Tanner; 2 great-great-grandchildren: Grayson and
Preston; one niece, 3 nephews, other relatives and friends.; She was preceded in
death by her parents and one brother, Clarence Stange.
