Helen Lucille Wehe of Milwaukee chose a gown of chantilly lace over net in an apron effect with a sabrina neckline trimmed with sequins for her marriage to Norbert Ross Olson also of Milwaukee.

The Rev. Norbert E. King performed the 10 0’clock double ring ceremony for the daughter of John Wehe, Loyal and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Olson, route 1, Loyal, route 1, Loyal. The church choir sang and Sister Vera Marie was the organist.

Maid of honor for her sister was Marceline Wehe of Milwaukee and the bridal aides were Gwen Ystad, a cousin of the groom from Greenwood and Andrea Wehe also the bride’s sister of Loyal. They were seen in identical frocks of blue taffeta with butterfly sleeves and each carried a bouquet of golden bronze pompoms.

The bride’s gown was styled with long sleeves and a floor length. Her fingertip veil was caught to a crwon of pearls and she held red carnations and white pompoms. She was given in marriage by her father.

Dorothy Wehe, a cousin of the bride from Loyal was the flower girl and the ring bearer was Norman Schlinsog of Granton.

Albert Wehe, a brother of the bride of Loyal was the best man and groomsmen were Donnie and Dennis Olson, the groom’s brothers of Loyal. Ushers were Wayne Molle of Unity and Kenneth Schlinsog of Granton.

Wedding events included a reception at the home of the groom’s parents, dinner and supper at the church hall and a dance at the American Legion Hall in Neillsville.

Both of the newlyweds are employed in Milwaukee. After a wedding trip the couple will make their home in Milwaukee.
