Mrs.
Carl Cronkee, her two daughters and son of St. Claire, Mich., have been here for
the past two weeks visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Kuechenmeister.
Mrs. Mary Blackman is considerably improved after weeks of severe illness.
She now sits up an hour or two daily.
There will be an ice cream social
at the Long Huckstead home tonight, Friday. Everybody is invited.
Word
from Mrs. Will Geisler, a patient at the Eau Claire hospital for several weeks
past, is to the effect that she is fast recovering her health and strength and
expects to leave for her home at Bruce next Monday.
Mr. and Mrs. Oscar
Kuechenmeister and son Edgar, with Mrs. Carl Cronkee and children, who are here
from St. Claire, Mich., spent Wednesday at the Clemens Kuechenmeister’s.
The Ridge young people enjoyed the party given by Miss Flroence Huckstead at
Neillsville Monday in celebration of her birthday.
