Prange,
Bernhard (Dynamite accident - 1 JUL 1917)
Bernhard Prange, the
12-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Prange, on the Aug. Gluch farm, had a
terrible accident Sunday when he found a dynamite cap and hurling it against a
stone had it explode and injure both of his hands. The thumb and index finger of
his left hand are taken off at the first joint, while three fingers of his right
hand are badly lacerated. Prompt medical attention was had and a professional
dressing of both hands made. The injure lad is reported today as mending nicely.
