Mrs. Lue Smith was a visitor of Mrs. Amelia Converse on Friday.
Noble
and Joel Downer, Mrs. Joel Downer, Mr. and Mrs. H.J. Pietenpol enjoyed an auto
trip to Melrose last Thursday where they visited Frank Converse and wife at that
place.
Cyril and Chauncey Gardner visited Cedric Smith last week Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. L.N. Jensen and Floyd were callers at C. C. Berg’s Sunday
evening.
Mr. and Mrs. Rolla Beecher of Granton and Mrs. T.F. Lee visited
Mrs. L.A. Converse Sunday.
A young horse belonging to Frank Johnson,
which he left in this father’s pasture, was killed by lightning one night last
week.
Mrs. Amelia Converse spent Tuesday with Mrs. T.F. Lee.
Miss
Eva Barber enjoyed a week’s vacation with friends in Loyal.
Chas. Fenske
and wife and Mr. and Mrs. Harold Hiles spent Sunday with pa and ma Berg.
