Figura, Peter (4 JUN 1930 - 30 MAR 1963)

Peter Figura, age 32, of 1691 Cora St., Des Plains, Ill., died March 30, 1963 at the Lutheran General Hospital. He was born June 4, 1930 in Thorp (Clark Co.), Wis. He is survived by his wife Patricia (Nee Lang), four children, Linda, David, Susan and Marianne, his mother, Eva Tiberi of Chicago; two sisters of this ara, Mrs. Henry (Mary) Deutschlander and Mrs. Frank (Olga) Winiarczyk; Helen Figura of Chicago, Mrs. Paul (Celia) Muscari of Chicago; Steve Figura of Whittier, Calif.; Mrs. Milo (Anne) lee of St. Paul, Minn.; Alex and Paul Figura, both of Chicago, and Mrs. Ed (Pearl) Bergstrand of Chicago.

Peter attended the rural Yaeger Schools until 1945, then moving with his family to Chicago, had made his home in that area since. Services were held April 3 at 1:30 p.m. at the Oehlu Funeral Home with Rev. Raymond M. Stowinski officiating, and burial was at Memorial Estates Cemetery. He was a member of the Carpenter’s Union, Local 839.
