Genteman, Kay (Scholarship - 1986)
Kay Genteman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Genteman, Rt. 2 Neillsville, has
accepted a scholarship to UW-River Falls. Genteman is a member of the National
Honor Society. She participated in the state and regional solo ensemble for
three years, and a member of the yearbook staff and the German Club.
The scholarship is administered by the UW-River Falls Foundation and supported
by trusts, foundations and private contributors. The scholarship is limited to
applicants ranking in the top 10 percent of their high school classes.

Division St., Neillsville, has graduated from Air Force basic training at
Lackland Air Force Base, Texas.
During six weeks of training the airman studied the Air Force mission,
organization and customs and received special training in human relations. In
addition, Airmen who complete basic training earn credits toward an associate
degree through the Community College of the Air Force,
He is a 1981 graduate of J.B. Conant High School, Hoffman Estates, Illinois.

Tim A. Voigt, Neillsville, recently qualified for the Rural Companies’
prestigious Industrial Lines Masters Club. The award is presented to agents
throughout Wisconsin and South Dakota, who demonstrate excellence in providing
sales and service over a 12-month period. Voigt is with Rural Marshfield service
center which serves Clark, Portage and Wood Counties. Tim and his wife, Carla,
reside at 412 Court Street, Neillsville. Qualifiers were honored at the Master
Seminar, February 28 through March 2 at the Holiday Inn, Stevens Point. The
Rural Companies, full-line insurance affiliates of the Wisconsin Farm Bureau
Foundation, have 46 offices throughout the state.
