Mrs. Ferd Helm spent much of last week with her sister, Mrs. Pusheck near Chili and came home Saturday.

Mrs. Chas. Budd of Nevins left on Monday for Rio on a visit to relatives.

Mrs. R.T. Washburn and daughter Hazel went to Camp Douglas and Tomah last Friday and made an over Sunday visit.

Miss Anna Sternitzky is spending the week with Mrs. Adolph Pusheck.

Mrs. R.C. Norman and little son Brooks arrived home from Milwaukee Tuesday, accompanied by Miss Martha Sternitzky, for a visit with relatives.

Miss Hattie Scholtz is assisting Mrs. Ed Ure with her household duties since Monday.

Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Grassman arrived here from Canada early this week and are now visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Speiser.

Herman Montag is here from Eau Claire spending the week with home folk.

Richard Gotter autoed down from Rozellville Friday and took his mother Mrs. Aug. Gotter home with him on a several days visit.

Mrs. Arthur Opelt of Levis is at the Hahnemann Hospital at Chicago, where she is recovering from an operation for goiter, performed last week.

Mrs. Alice J. Whitmore of the town of Lynn, after a hearing in County Court at Neillsville, was adjudged insane and taken to the state hospital at Mendota last week Thursday. Mrs. Whitmore was an inmate of an Illinois asylum two years ago.
