Pickett, Howard (13 SEP 1876 - 25 JAN 1969)

Spencer - Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Jasperson Funeral Home for Howard Pickett, 92, of Neenah, a former Spencer resident, who died this morning (Saturday) of old age complications.

The Rev. James R. Hagen, pastor of the Methodist Church, will officiate and burial will be made in West Spencer cemetery.

The body will lie in state at the Jasperson Funeral Home beginning at 11 a.m. Monday.
Mr. Pickett was born Sept. 13, 1876, in Unity, and spent most of his life around Spencer and the Riplinger areas.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Walter (Selma) Johnson, Neenah; 14 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, three sisters, and three brothers.
