Elenewski, Alex (1883 - 14 JUN 1963)

Alex Elenewski, 80, a former resident of the Town of Withee (Clark Co., Wis.), passed away Friday, June 14, 1963, at the General Hospital at Tampa, Fla., where he had been residing for about eighteen years.

The body was shipped to the Thorp Funeral Home here and Father Ed Masalewicz and Father Andrew Karobolis officiated at the services held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 18th. Burial was made in St. Hedwig’s Cemetery.

He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Irene Balsis of Chicago.

Pallbearers were Louis Wojtkiewicz, Anton Kotecki Sr., John Orzechowski, Henry Cieslik, Andrew Strzok and John Balcer.

Mr. Elenewski operated a tavern in the Town of Withee for many years.
