An uncle of Brillion is visiting at the A.B. Schuler home for some days past.

While Wayne Potter was tedding hay last week the horses got it into their heads that it was all play and started across the field as though no one had a hold of the line and the consequences are a broken tedder and a laid up horse.

Elva Rhines was taken sick Monday and the doctor had to be called. She is not much better at this writing. We hope for a speedy recovery.

Arthur Schoengarth is working for Geo. Reindel through haying.

M.L. Treichel is seen quite frequently going by our corners lately with his truck, even using it for transporting horses and colts.

John Kubat is helping A.B. Schuler makie hay, as help is scarce as John says, but every little bit helps.

We thought that we were going to have a cheese factory built up on our corner when the old one burned down last August, but the report is that Mr. Sipple has purchased a factory somewhere else. Too bad, because it is a fine location for a factory.

Geo. Reindel is making hay for Wm. Schoengarth this week.

Chas Greeler was out Sunday taking school census.

Herman Kelsch has finished haying for this season.

Wm. Reindel was at Neillsville Saturday on business.

A social hop was given at William O’Brien’s new barn Saturday evening and a large crowd was in attendance. A fine time was had by everyone that attended.

Mr. Mike Alton makes his daily trips to Neillsville since her is able to get around again.

Chas. Greeler has his auto shed finished. Now for a good coat of paint and the job will be finished.
