This section of the county was greatly alarmed last
Saturday evening by a great buzzing and humming which resembled a German
airplane. Careful investigation found it to be Wm. Davis’ now Ford hunting for a
gopher hole in the hay meadow.
John Southard is working for Ross
Galbreath this haying.
Shortville has a new martial band nearly ready for
business.
Martha Dwyer is visiting her sister, Mrs. Sherrett.
Plenty of showers of all kinds.
Ross Galbreath bought the big car of H.
Wall.
