Brenner, Millie (19 NOV 1895 - 26 JUL 1963)

Mrs. Millie Brenner, 67, Gilman, passed away at Victory Memorial Hospital, Stanley on Friday, July 26, 1963, at 1:24 p.m.

Millie Sorensen was born Nov. 19, 1895 at Clinton, Iowa. On Aug. 23, 1919 she was united in marriage to Alfred Brenner. Mrs. Brenner was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Ladies Aid, Gilman.

Funeral services were held July 29 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Gilman. Rev. LeRoy Remmer officiated at the 1:30 p.m. service and burial was made in East Side Cemetery, Stanley. Pallbearers were: Louis Schultze, Edward Rudi, Sherwin Nelson, Richard Wagner, Norman Bolstad, and Evan Almberg.

Surviving are her husband Alfred, one daughter (Adelia) Mrs. Ingvald Tollefson, Altoona; two sons, Orville Brenner, Gilman, and Alvin Brenner, Boyd; two brothers, Hans and Fred Sorenson, Stanley; one sister, Mrs. Marie Qualman, Clinton, Iowa and nine grandchildren.
