Herman, Frank (25 NOV 1894 - 3 AUG 1963)
Frank Herman, 68, passed away August 3rd, 1963 at St. Michael’s Hospital,
Oak Lawn, Ill., of hemorrhage of the brain.
Mr. Herman was born Nov. 25,
1894 at Humpher, Neb. He moved to Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.) when he was 3 years
old. After he was married they moved to Oak Lawn. On Oct. 6th, 1920 he was
united in marriage to Helen Minichowicz at Lublin, Wis.
A solemn Requiem
Mass was held at St. Gerald’s Catholic Church on Wednesday, Aug. 7th at ten a.m.
Burial was made in Holy Sepulchur Cemetery and pallbearers were: Stanley and
Marion Herman, Clem Herman, Tony Minichowicz, Stanley Minichowicz and Al
Minichowicz.
Surviving are his wife Helen, one son Emil Herman of Oak
Lawn, Ill., three daughters, (Dorothy) Mrs. George Canva, (Louise) Mrs. James
Greber, (Eleanor) Mrs. John Kryzanski, all of Oak Lawn; three brothers, Stanley
and Marion Herman of Thorp, and Clem Herman of Oak Lawn, Ill.; Five sisters,
Mrs. Clara Ebben, Mrs. Mayme Milligan, (Anna) Mrs. Hermis Schmidt, all of Thorp,
Mrs. Victoria Wilcenski of Gilman and (Helen) Mrs. James Boylan of Withee. He
was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Herman, two brothers,
George and William, one sister, Mrs. Lucille Wilcenski.
