Mrs. Harry Smith, Mrs. Walter Bohn and Mrs. W.S.
Wagner attended the Fall Area Conference of the American Legion Auxiliary at Eau
Claire on Monday.
Mrs. Wm. Micke, Sr. returned to her home on Saturday
after being a patient at Luther Hospital at Eau Claire for the past four weeks.
Mrs. Estelle Zukowski entertained friends at cards Saturday evening.
Miss Bertha Mikolainis of Chicago visited with Mrs. Estelle Zukowski Thursday.
Joe Mamajek of Chicago is spending his vacation with his sister Mrs. Estelle
Zukowski and mother.
Mrs. Anna Meske accompanied her sister Mrs. Mary
Dygdon to Chicago and saw her off at the O’Hare Airport via Super Jet to Van
Nuys, Calif.
Mr. Herman Paff of Chippewa Falls spent Monday at the John
Paff home in Thorp.
Mr. and Mrs. Arles Offord visited Wednesday evening
with Mr. and Mrs. Ed Bobb and family.
Nancy Anderson of Minneapolis and
Susie Borowski of Eau Claire were Saturday afternoon visitors with Mr. and Mrs.
Ed bobb and family.
Mr. and Mrs. Walter Bohn visited Wednesday at the Ray
Kaz home.
Mrs. Bill O’Neill and son of Chippewa Falls, Wis. and Mr.
Arthur Brodback of Mauston, Wis. spent Sunday with Mrs. Mary Moczarny and other
relatives.
Mrs. Anna Meske returned home from an extended vacation in
Chicago, also attended her niece’s wedding.
Visitors during the past week
at the Walter Bohn home were Mary Pagel, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Pagel, Harriet Pagel
and Alice Danielewicz.
