Miss
Judith Carroll Biddle, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Biddle, route 3, Thorp,
(Clark Co., Wis.) became the bride of Stephen Andrew Chrzaszcz, son of Mrs.
Stephanie Chrzaszcz of Lublin on Saturday, Sept. 7, 1963 at St. Stanislaus
Church, Lublin. Rev. Ed Cyz performed the ten o’clock double ring ceremony.
The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, chose a chapel length
gown of Chantilly lace over satin. A Sabrina neckline was highlighted with
sequin crystals and long tapered sleeves accented the fitted basque. The skirt
was of Chantilly lace accented by three tuxedo bows down the front. Her
fingertip veil of bouffant net was held by a crown of cultured pearls and
crystals and she carried a cascade bouquet of red and white carnations.
Miss Diane Biddle was her sister’s maid of honor wearing a Kelly green dress
styled with scoop neckline and three quarter length sleeves accenting the fitted
lace bodice. A softly pleated skirt was fashioned with three tuxedo bows down
the front. Her headpiece was a blue braid crown with a clover leaf pearl design
which held a blush veil. Bridesmaids were Miss Betty Burzynski, Gilman, Mrs. Ted
(Shirley) Kotlowski, Gilman and Mrs. Ronald (Terry) Pagel, Stanley, all wearing
dresses identical to the maid of honor, and all the attendants carried cascade
bouquets of mums in fall colors.
Best man was Chester Suidak, Lublin, and
groomsmen were Harry Sweda, Lublin, Fred Barth, Thorp. Ushers were Freddie
Biddle, Milwaukee, cousin of the bride, and Eddie Abramowicz, a friend of the
couple.
A noon luncheon at 12:30 was held at the Thorp Moose Club and a
reception from four to six was held at Koolmo’s where the dance was also held.
Carol Johnson, girlfriend of the bride, from Wauwatosa, took care of the guest
book.
The bride’s mother attended her daughter’s wedding in a Copen blue
lace dress with black accessories and pink carnation corsage. The groom’s mother
wore a brown and bone three piece suit with beige and black accessories and a
yellow carnations corsage.
The bride attended Thorp High School and
Accredited School of Beauty Culture, eau Claire, and is the manager of Judy’s
House of Beauty, Gilman. The groom is a trucker and farmer. They will make their
home on route 1, Lublin.
Guests were from Gilman, Withee, Stanley, Boyd,
Greenwood, Chippewa Falls, Sheldon, Holcombe, Milwaukee, Neillsville, Wauwatosa,
Medford, Hannibal, Menomonie Falls and Westboro, Wis. and St. Paul, Minn.
