Carl
Erickson, Withee (Clark Co., Wis.), is being treated at Memorial Hospital for a
head and jaw injury suffered when he apparently fell asleep while driving,
causing his car to land in the ditch.
The accident occurred on Highway 64
at the intersection with County Trunk DD, where the car ran through the
intersection, coming to a stop 140 feet from the north side of the highway. The
front end of the car and the steering wheel received $200 in damage.
