The W.W. Club met with Mrs. Wm. Bartz Thursday. A good time was had by those attending.

Mrs. D. Higby, after a two week visit at the W.J. Davis home, left for her home on Friday.

Mr. Geo. Ehlert made his usual monthly visits in this vicinity last week.

Miss Nell Dorst spent from Wednesday evening until Thursday morning at home. Her sister Mabel returned with her to the A.M. Johnson home near Rozellville where they have a band new baby boy since Wednesday, July 25th.

Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Phipps, accompanied by Dr. Murphy, went to Marshfield Thursday, where Mrs. Phipps had an operation performed on her nose by Dr. Hipke of that place. At this writing she is doing farly well.

The Misses Jean and Sara Davis spent Tuesday in Neillsville. Gertrude Seif returned with them and will spend a few days with their sister Ursula.

A number of young people of this vicinity attended J.B. Club meeting at John Lynn’s Saturday night.

Mr. and Mrs. Justin Johnson and family spent Sunday evening at Arthur Phipps’.

Alta and Katie Wright spent Sunday evening with Jean and Sara Davis. They also called on Elsie Dorst and her cousin Edna Atkin.

Mr. and Mrs. O. Montgomery and children, Mr. and Mrs. H.J. Pietenpol and daughter Beatrice, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Pietenpol and baby and Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Berg were visitors at the Arthur Phipps home Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. M. Dorst and Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Rowe and children took an auto ride to Greenwood and Loyal Sunday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. E.A. Soles and the Misses Jean and Sara Davis called on the A.P. Fulwiler family Monday evening.
