Hammond, Dennis (12 March 1961- 12 April 1961)

A blessing service was held Saturday morning, April 15 for Dennis Jan, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Jerome Hammond of Milwaukee at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with the Rev. N. E. King officiating. The one month old boy had died unexpectedly at the Milwaukee Children’s Hospital last Wednesday. Burial was made in the parish cemetery.

Dennis Jan, who had been born on March 12, 1961 is survived by his parents, Jerome and Katherine (Gempeler) Hammond; a brother, Donald Jay; his paternal grandparents, MR. and Mrs. George Hammond, Loyal; his maternal grandparents, Werner Gempeler, Hartford and Mrs. Werner, Loyal; his great grandfather, William Gall, Dorchester and Charles Hammond, Granton.
