Franz, Adolph (10 March 1896 - 20 June 1967)

Funeral services for Adolph Franz were held June 26 from Immanuel United Church in Greenwood. Military rites were in charge of Wallis-Hinker Legion Post, No. 138. The Rev. David Logue presided. Burial was made in the West Side Cemetery.

Pallbearers, all nephews, were: LeRoy Fravert, Allen Fravert, Paul Franz, Lyle Verhulst, Richard Acker and Joseph Horrall. The Immanuel church choir sang, “Beautiful Garden of Prayer” and “Abide with Me,” accompanied on the organ by Mrs. Walter Schwarze.
