Mr. and Mrs. Clemens Kuechenmeister and
son Ernest, Rudolph Frantz and family, Mr. and Mrs. John Howard and Geo. Wilding
and family autoed to Camp Douglas and visited friends in Co. A, 3rd Inf. on
Sunday.
Miss Elsie Wolf is home from a year’s stay with relatives in
Milwaukee, since yesterday.
Mrs. Susan Counsell is alarmingly ill the
past two weeks, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. James Hughes.
Miss Mary
Slocomb is visiting Miss Eva Counsell at Marshfield and attending the fair since
Wednesday.
Our old neighbor Mrs. Wm. Swan died at her home in Neillsville
early Wednesday morning, death resulting from cancer.
Miss Marie Carter
of Crandon visited at Mrs. Mary Hubing’s early this week.
