La Fee, Raymond (22 MAY 1885 - 28 JAN 1963)
Raymond La Fee, 77, a former Colby (Clark Co., Wis.) resident, died at the Union
Hospital, at Kindesly, Saskatchewan, Canada, Monday evening, Jan. 28, 1963.
Mr. La Fee was born on this father's farm southeast of Colby, May 22, 1885. In
1907 he went to Milestone, Saskatchewan, Canada, with hsi brother-in-law,
Bernard Robinson, where he worked on farms until 1909, when he moved to
Netherhill. He was married to the former Mina E. Smith in 1907 and farmed in the
Netherhill District until his retirement to Brock in 1957.
He is survived by his wife, three daughters, four sons, 13 grandchildren. A
brother and four sisters also, survive.
The funeral was held from Netherhill United Church Feb. 1 and interment was made
in the Netherhill Cemetery.
