Carl Schuelke, son Max, daughter Miss Alwa, and Mr. Wm. Beyer, the latter of
Portland, Oregon, autoing to Neillsville Wednesday had their car turn turtle
just east of the Will Kurth residence at Kurth corners, and while Mr. Beyer
suffered the greater injuries, he was able to walk to the Kurth home where first
aid was given him. His face was terribly cut and he complained of pain in his
chest. He was hurried to a physician. The extent of his injuries are not known
to us, as we go to press. The others, we are led to believe, although badly
scared, shaken up and bruised, escaped serious injury.
