Jackson, Mr. and Mrs. Robert G. (Fortieth - 24 September 1967)
4 Anniversaries are observed at one celebration:
An “open house” was held from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church
in Greenwood in celebration of the Fortieth wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs.

Also observed were the birthdays of Darlene Kirn and Lisa Wren, both of whom
were one year old on September 24, and the seventh wedding anniversary of a
nephew and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Jackson, which occurred that same day.
A family dinner at the Jackson home preceded the open house. A poem composed by
their daughter, Mrs. Paul Franz, was read by the Rev. Arvid Myhrwold; after
which supper was served.
Present were the honored couple’s children: Mr. and Mrs. Paul (Eula) Franz and
family of Elk Mound; Wayne Jackson and children of Waukesha; Mr. and Mrs. Roger
(Yvonne) Kirn and family of Willard; and Miss Marilyn Jackson at home. There are
13 grandchildren.
Other relatives attending from away were: Mr. and Mrs. Robert Olson, Mrs.
Eveline Jackson and Gary, Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Jackson and son, and Mr. and Mrs.
Le Roy Jackson of Waukesha; Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Wanish and Mr. and Mrs. Arne
