Miss Hammond came home with Marjorie Pietenpol Friday night from Neillsville and
stayed until Saturday afternoon.
Mrs. Andrew Anderson and daughter Genevieve from Taylor, who are visiting at
Truman Davis', spent Friday and Saturday at the Walter Drake and John Rollins
homes.
Jennie Scoles, Ila La Grander and Eldred Davis were Sunday guests at John
Pietenpol's.
Mrs. Harry Cattanach and three little sons spent several days here with her
parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Hefty.
Mr. and Mrs. Truman Davis and daughter Lila took dinner with Mr. and Mrs. Frank
Sweet at Cedarhurst, while Mrs. Anderson and daughter took dinner with Mrs. Dow.
In the afternoon they called on relatives of Mrs. Anderson's in Chili.
Mrs. John Pietenpol called on her niece Mrs. Neil Kidd Saturday, while Miss
Hammond called on Grace Albaugh in Heathville.
Louis Root's smiling face is seen on our street once more.
Mrs. Anthony and Mrs. Truman Davis attended the birthday party at Mrs. Frank
Davis' Tuesday.
Walter Coil has moved his family back to Granton and Mrs. Wegner expects to move
his family out to his farm here.
The Mesdames Al Nonhof and Truman Davis changed work last week at silo filling
time.
