Durbin, June A (Marriage - 30 September 1967)
Miss June A. Durbin of Withee exchanged nuptial vows Saturday with Charles La
Vern Heineman of Withee. The double ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. E.
A. Urman oat 4 p.m. in St. John’s Lutheran Church. Parents of the couple are Mr.
and Mrs. Howard Durbin of Withee and Mr. and Mrs. La Vern Heineman of Red Wing,
Minn.
Mr. Durbin gave his daughter in marriage. The bride chose for her wedding a
floor-length white crepe dress, fashioned with a fitted bodice of white lace. A
white satin bow accented the Empire waistline. A crown of mock orange blossoms
held her fingertip veil of pure silk. She carried a bouquet of three white
orchids.
Roxanne Wilke, maid-of-honor, wore a two-tone green Empire style floor-length
dress. The light green bottom was topped with an emerald green bodice. She
carried a yellow gladioli bouquet.
Mike Newman of Red Wing, Minn., was bestman. Al Hanson of Withee ushered.
Mr. and Mrs. Heineman, both of whom are employed in Owen, will reside in that
city.
(Stan, you totally missed the marriage of Sharon Kay Dunlap and William C Arndt
‘you did get her photo’ which clued me in on the missing write up.)
