Hewett (11 MAR 1915)
Frank Weisner expects to return to his home at Circle, Montana, the first of the
week.
Lon Cook went to Marshfield Monday to see H.B. Parker. Mr. Parker is not gaining
very fast, but the Dr. has hopes of his recovery.
Earl Wood and wife drove to Black River Falls Wednesday to see their brother,
Homer, and family.
Walter and Clara Durst went to Plymouth Monday for a visit with relatives.
Bennie Hart and Dave Wood broke camp Monday and moved out.
Geo. Hart who purchased the Lowell farm in the west part of Hewett has trades it
for property in Oshkosh, George went to Oshkosh Monday.
Mrs. H.B. Parker is sick and the baby is sick also. Ed. Payson is doing the
chores there.
John Durst and Carl Pollnow are both getting material on the ground for a new
basement barn this spring.
Frank Ayers transacted business as administrator of the estate of M.M. Cook here
Tuesday.
Lon Cook with some men shoveled snow drifts so our mail carriers could get
through Saturday.
