Ray Dalrymple of Bellville has bought the Fred Perry place and will move onto it
the middle of March. Mr. Dalrymple is going into blooded Holstein stock.
Mr. Kitchen a resident of the town of Cary died last week as the result of a
stroke of apoplexy and was buried Sunday, at Plattville. J. W. Robinson
officiated and the Tilton family were in attendance. Mr. Kitchen leaves a widow
and several young children.
E. Karow of DeForest is coming soon to start up the factory at Lindsey and
install the churn for a creamery. Mr. Karow runs other creameries and will
doubtless make a success of this as he comes well recommended.
There was a man here all of last week securing quarters and taking acreage for a
truck garden business.
Mr. Castile and wife of North Dakota are visiting at Dick Hazel’s.
