Seems as though winter is calling rather early.
Mr. A. Reuth and son, Dr. Edwin, left Sunday for Rochester, Minn. where A. Reuth
expects to take treatment.
Mr. and Mrs. Martin Davis moved temporarily on the Joe Eysnogle place near
Spokeville Monday to do some fall work.
Mrs. John Patno and daughter Mrs. Norman Rowe autoed to Marshfield Saturday to
do some shopping.
Mr. John Pizer and son Millan went to Rochester, Minn. Monday, where Millan
expects to take treatment for his throat.
Mr. Jay Curtis is under the weather at present.
Mr. Neil Kidd is assisting Walter Drake digging potatoes this week.
Lloyd Spry is filling silo for A. Reith Tuesday and Wednesday.
Mr. A. Reuth, daughter Annie, son Peter, from Sun Prairie, are taking care of
the farm during Mr. Reuth's absence.
Mr. and Mrs. Flay Curtis and Mr. Lem Curtis are visiting at Richland County his
week.
Mr. and Mrs. John Patno and Mr. and Mrs. Norman Rowe visited at Joe Eysnogle's
at York Center on Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Loyal Jordan and family, grandma Martin visited at Henry Knoll's
Sunday.
Neighbors gave Wm. Zorn and family a farewell party Saturday night and reported
the usual good time. We are sorry to lose them from our neighborhood, but wish
them the best of success.
