V. E. Rowe is busy these fine days breaking a colt.
Wm. Vande Berg had the misfortune to lose one of his horses, Saturday.
Miss Edna Dwyer closed the winter term of school in District No. 2, Friday.
Wm. O’Brien cut corn stalks for Abram Vande Berg one day last week.
Several from this vicinity attended the auction south of Neillsville, Wednesday.
Miss Mabel Turner stayed over night with Beulah Lawrence Sunday night and
attended services at the F. M. church.
The York Center cheese factory began operations, March 4.
Wm. Rowe and family, Abram Vande Berg and family, Edna Lawrence and Hattie
Turner and a few of the young folks spent Thursday evening at John Vande Berg’s.
John Davis began moving his household goods up from Neillsville Monday to his
father’s farm.
The Ladies Aid met with Mrs. Ida Pease, Wednesday.
Wm. Vande Berg, Earl Lawrence and Asa (?) Pease helped Dan Timerson cut poles,
Tuesday.
