Rev. Lewis of Appleton held religeous [sic] services at the town hall Sunday.

C. Heckert was an over Sunday visitor at the O. W. Becker home and looking after the interest of the Creamery Supply Co.

Mrs. August Gotter is spending a few days visiting her daughter Mrs. Willard Christman.

B. Stubbs left Monday for Finley for several days visit with his sister at that place.

Miss Lillie Opelt went to Neillsville Saturday to have dental work done.

Mr. and Mrs. Albert Gotter of Chili were visiting relatives here recently.

Mrs. Nankivil and son Robert were guests of Mr. and Mrs. John Altenburg, Tuesday.

Miss Laura Neitzel was a Neillsville visitor Thursday of last week.

Miss Susie Sternitzky went to Marshfield last week where she has accepted a position in Rose Brothers store.

Mrs. Ferd. Helm gave a quilting and comforter tie to the young folks Thursday.

Mrs. Otto Neitzel was called to Milwaukee Saturday on account of the alarming illness of her sister Mrs. Hempe.

Arthur Stubbs has rented the old home place and his sister Wilmia will keep house for him this summer. His father and brother Rav are with them.

Miss Mable Broker of Lindsey visited Hazel Washburn one day last week.

Mrs. Oscar Johnson was a visitor at the Altenburg home Sunday.
Fred Grassman had a sand bee Saturday.

Mrs. John Breseman and Mrs. Gust Marg and Walter Krause accompanied Mrs. Herman Krause to Marshfield Wednesday where she will be taken to the asylum for an indefinate [sic] time.

John Altenburg had a sand bee Tuesday.

Mr. and Mrs. John Breseman and Arthur Stubbs were visiting friends at Nevins, Sunday.
