Cooper, Elnor (6 JUL 1926 - 29 JUL 1963)
Funeral services will be held this afternoon, Aug. 1 at 1:30 p.m. at the Lulloff
Funeral Home at Colby for Elnor Cooper, 37, Colby, who died Monday at 7:15 a.m.
at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield, of a heart condition.
Interment will be made in the Colby Memorial Cemetery. The Rev. R.J. Hagen will
officiate.
Elnor May Cooper was born July 6, 1926, at Berwick, Penn., the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Paul Baker. She received her education at Berwick, and on Oct. 15,
1945, she was united in marriage to John Cooper at Berwick. The couple farmed in
Pennsylvania and also operated a sawmill there. In 1950, they moved to a farm
just south of Colby.
She was a member of the First Methodist Church of Colby.
Besides her husband, she is survived by three children, Ronald, Lawrence and
Virginia, all at home. Her parents and a sister, Mrs. Wayne (Lillian) Heller,
and a brother, William Baker, all of Berwick, Penn., also survive her.
