Funeral services for Elnor Cooper, 37, who died July 29, 1963 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield, were held on Thursday, Aug. 1, at 1:30 p.m. in the First Methodist Church, Colby. The Rev. R.J. Hagen officiated and interment was made in the Colby Memorial Cemetery. The pallbearers for the funeral were Dale Palmerton, Lawrence Schmidt, Leo Brunker, Herbert Sauer, Homer Smith and Frank Goeltz.

Among the relatives and friends who attended the funeral from a distance were Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Heller, Berwick, Pa.; Mr. and Mrs. William Baker, Jr., Berwick, Pa.; Mrs. Lawrence Cooper, Conway Cooper, Mrs. Helen Keene, Mrs. Florence Heintzelman and son Wade, all from Drums, Pa.; and many friends from the surrounding community.
