Laack, Betty (10 AUG 1963)
Christ Lutheran Church at Abbotsford was the setting for the wedding of Miss
Betty Laack and John Mouriski, Saturday, Aug. 10, 1963. The bride is the
daughter of Mrs. Daisy Laack of Abbotsford and the groom is the son of Mr. and
Mrs. R.W. Jarnagin of Stockton, Calif.
The bride was given in marriage by her brother, dan Laack of Gary, Ind. At the 2
o'clock ceremony, during which Herbert Juneau of New Lisbon was organist and
soloist. He sang "The Lord's Prayer" and "Because." The double ring exchange of
promises was witnessed by the Rev. F.H. Sprengler.
For her wedding the bride was attired in a white bell shaped bridal gown with
removable train. The bodice was made of Alencon lace detailed with two bows and
the skirt and train were made of peau satin. A Swedish crown adorned with pearls
and crystals held her four tiered illusion veil. She carried a cascade bouquet
of yellow roses with a removable orchid corsages.
